Located in the East of the Czech Republic, near the Slovakian border, the new housing project “Eden Roznov” offers nearness to the nature of the Beskid Mountains, as well as access to a comfortable urban infrastructure. Smooth process and rapid construction
In 2019, as the second phase of the overall project, the construction of the 76 residential units divided into ten residential complexes, began. A year earlier, five buildings with 21 apartments had already been erected in the first stage. Not thoroughly satisfied with the more technologically complex building solution, the project managers decided to alter their approach and switch to a simpler solution, that first and foremost guarantees a smooth construction process. Ytong and Silka products were chosen and indeed led to rapid construction, with 36 apartments in six residential buildings then completed during 2020. At the end of 2020, the developer and general contractor started construction of three more residential buildings. Construction of the tenth and final residential building began in the first quarter of 2021.
