Values @Xella
Values are general ideas of what is considered desirable in a company and provide general guidance for our actions. As such, they form the basis of our corporate and leadership culture.
Dialog, openness and appreciation: We treat our customers, colleagues, and all other stakeholders with appreciation and respect. Our internal and external communication is characterized by an open and honest dialog. Openness also means respecting individual and cultural differences and being open towards new ideas and tasks.
Responsibility and accountability: Giving employees responsibility also means trusting in their ability to perform the tasks bestowed on them reliably and conscientiously. On the other hand, assuming responsibility means standing by what you have done and being accountable for your actions. As a company, too, we assume responsibility for what we do.
Professionalism: We are a performance-oriented company that is committed to creating sustainable value and delivering excellent and efficient results. We set the highest standards for ourselves and for what we do. A will to deliver, initiative and innovation are what we expect from our people and what we actively support in them. We are bound by the statements we make and accept responsibility for what we do.
