Xella trainee day 2018

Exchange among each other, networking and interdisciplinary cooperation - these are the basic ideas for our annual trainee meetings.

15 October, 2018

Exchange among each other, networking and interdisciplinary cooperation - these are the basic ideas for our annual trainee meetings. This year's event took place from 24 to 26 September 2018 with ten trainers and over 30 trainees in Duisburg. This year's trainee day focused on an innovation workshop on the topics of communication, living in the future, consumer behavior, sustainability, safety at work and health. Sports activities in the ice rink, team-building games and a joint meal with the management of Xella Deutschland rounded off the program. A good experience for both sides: The trainees as well as for trainers and management.
