Digitally first, reality then: Marissa Holiday Parc
Start for an ambitious project: In just two and a half years of construction time, the Marissa Holiday Park on Lake Dümmersee in Lower Saxony is to be developed into a modern recreational area with high-quality holiday properties that can be used all year round.
253 detached holiday homes with sizes between 90 m² and 195 m² of living space and 36 apartment houses with a total of 223 residential units are planned on the 18-hectare site. The houses will be constructed with a large-format, massive construction system made of Ytong cellular concrete, which guarantees short construction times and thus high cost efficiency. The early, joint digital planning with the construction company Alfred Döpker has led to the optimisation of the entire planning and construction process in terms of quantity determination or definition of qualities. This gives the customer planning security and a reliable calculation basis in order to guarantee smooth project execution within the planned time and cost framework.
