The Xella Emergency Fund

Working together - being there for each other. The principle is simple: if many people make a small contribution, great things can happen.

05 February, 2019

The Xella Emergency Fund supports employees in need. It is employees and employers who finance the fund. Employees can donate either in the form of a RestCent donation or by deducting a regular desired amount. Xella as employer gave a one-time start-up financing of 15,000€ and increases the monthly employee payments by 150%. Applications for support from the emergency relief fund and donation applications can be found in spoX. The individual applications for financial support are decided by a committee, which consists of equal parts of representatives of employers and employees.
