Nestled in one of the most scenic areas of Tara Mountain, Panorama Resort & Spa is a meticulously designed complex of villas offering an idyllic escape from urban life. Built to the highest standards of modern construction, the resort promises a healthy, relaxed vacation experience immersed in nature.
The complex includes seven buildings: six residential and one wine bar, with a total of 296 eco-friendly accommodation units. Guests will enjoy an array of amenities, including spa and wellness services, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, sauna, restaurant, and a welcoming reception area.

Country Sales Manager Saša Jovanovic, along with his team, coordinated the project for Xella and shares his perspective:

“The Panorama Resort investor had high standards for material quality and construction speed, making Xella the clear choice. Our materials meet the demands of modern, sustainable construction, offering durability against external factors and superior thermal and sound insulation essential for a project of this caliber. Xella also provided comprehensive technical support throughout construction, with our expert team onsite to ensure that every detail met the highest standards. This consistent support enabled the investor to efficiently navigate site challenges, adapting structures to project-specific needs and optimizing the workflow.”

With this support, the construction is well underway, as you can see in the video:

Sustainable design with Xella’s building materials

To harmonize with its natural surroundings, developer Home Vision selected Xella products, including Ytong blocks 12, 20, Ytong Fono 25, and Silka 175 sound blocks. These products not only provide superior thermal and sound insulation but also offer fire resistance, creating a safe, comfortable environment for future residents and guests.
A blend of pristine nature and exceptional craftsmanship makes Panorama Resort & Spa a standout project on Tara Mountain. The construction will utilize approximately 3,500 m³ of Xella material, setting a benchmark for sustainable luxury on a grand scale.
