
Thom-Erik Pape has worked with autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) for almost 30 years, starting in a factory and working his way up to General Manager of Xella Norway. With persistence and persuasion, he and his small competent team have succeeded in a market that is almost exclusively wood-based.
