I love the freedom you have. Which is also because you know what you have to offer your colleagues. Our department has a pleasant working atmosphere and great colleagues. I always enjoy going to work, and have done for 19 years.
Both the material and the way of selling have changed: I started selling our Silka CSU blocks in direct sales 19 years ago. Nowadays, I am working from our sales backoffice department where I sell all our building materials for residential construction, e.g. Ytong blocks and panels, Silka large blocks and of course the small-formats.
I’m glad to be part of an organization with sustainable goals. Most important for me is the fact that Xella continuously improves its products with a strong focus on sustainability.
I used to be a travel agent/hostess and I did that work with a lot of passion. I really enjoyed travelling a lot and being able to see the world.
