Opportunities for advanced training and development

Team X offers a variety of opportunities for the individual development of employees. External training and qualifications are closely interlinked with learning at the workplace and in projects.

01 February, 2019

Employee development plays an important part at Xella in order to be prepared for both today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. Through regular dialogues, employees and their respective supervisors formulate development goals. Xella supports the implementation of such measures through internal and external offers. In this process, analog and digital formats are implemented and used in a way that fits both the objective and the respective type of learner. Through the digital employee-platform teamX, our employees are offered a broad variety of possibilities. Further information can be found here.
