Students visit Ytong plant in Serbia
Students from the Technical School in Lazarevac were introduced to the Ytong plant in Vreoci, where they learned about innovative building materials and production technology. The visit began with an informative session on the ecological aspects of Xella’s materials, followed by a tour of the production process, offering insight into modern engineering solutions.
The event highlighted Xella’s commitment to sustainable construction practices and provided students with an opportunity to expand their understanding of advanced production methods. Special attention was given to safety and quality standards, key components of modern construction practices. During the tour, a demonstration of Xella’s robust safety protocols showcased how worker protection is integrated into every step of the manufacturing process.
